John D’Esposito, Bamboozle’s founder, announced last night that he would be starting a new festival catered to pop and country music that will take place in Wildwood, NJ on August 24th and 25th. You can check out a full article here and a snippet of it below by clicking “Read More.”

Not only is he bringing his annual music festival — the biggest in New Jersey — to Asbury Park this May, but he’s planning to throw a second, similar festival three months later in Wildwood, a city with a long tradition of hosting musical events. D’Esposito made the announcement at a Bamboozle kickoff party at Irving Plaza in New York City on Wednesday night.

The festival, which will take place on August 24 and 25, will not be Bamboozle II. D’Esposito and his team will book pop and country, not the punk rock, hip-hop, electronic music and heavy metal that is typical of Bamboozle entertainment.
