Tooth & Nail Sell Catalog To Capitol Christian Music Group; Relaunching Indie Label

Tooth & Nail have completed the sale of their back catalog to Capitol Christian Music Group and are relaunching as an independent label. Check out part of a report from Billboard below by clicking “Read More.”

The Capitol Christian Music Group has completed its acquisition of christian rock label Tooth & Nail’s catalog, as well as the catalogs of the label’s imprints, BEC Recordings and Solid State Recordings, it was announced today.

As CCMG president and CEO Bill Hearn wrote in a statement, CCMG — previously EMI Christian Music Group — began its association with Tooth & Nail and its founder Brandon Ebel twelve years ago, acquiring a 50% stake in the label as well as  distributing its artists.
