Lollapalooza kicks off tomorrow, and PropertyOfZack is gearing up for a weekend of fun, and we hope many of you are too. Just in case you haven’t put together your schedule, we thought it’d be a great idea to put together a list of POZ’s Must See Bands And Artists that will be gracing the stage this weekend at Lolla. Reblog and let us know who we need to see while we’re in Chicago this weekend as well!

Tegan And Sara
Supporting the synth-pop delight Heartthrob, Tegan & Sara are going to be one of the best dance parties at Lollapalooza. And if that’s not your thing, don’t worry, the Canadian twins still have you covered with a back catalog that’s littered with their heartfelt classics like “Walking With a Ghost,” “The Con,” and “Hell.” Their diverse sound and near-perfect live performance is one you can’t miss. And don’t lie, “Closer” still hasn’t left your head since the first time you heard it. - Donald Wagenblast

The Cure
These guys have been making music since the ‘70s, and in all that time they’ve yet to release something less than flawless.  Robert Smith is a musical genius, as well as a living legend.  Their dark yet poppy sound has a little bit of something for everyone, making them one of the most well-loved bands on the Lolla lineup. - Marie Scarsella

The Postal Service
After spending ten years in hiding, Ben Gibbard’s synth-pop wonder group is back and on the tour circuit. Playing a few previously unreleased tracks as well as an entire album’s worth of old favorites, the group brings an fun, energetic live show to the table. With the addition of eye candy in the form of Rilo Kiley’s Jenny Lewis, the band is an absolute must-see at this year’s Lollapallooza. Besides, you may never get the chance to hear songs like “Such Great Heights” live again. - Marie Scarsella

Vampire Weekend
This band doesn’t require an explanation- come on, we all know how amazing these New Yorkers are. Vampire Weekend is similar to a fine wine- they get better with age. I mean, “Modern Vampires Of The City” proved that they haven’t lost their touch. If you want to have the time of your life, you know which way to step. - Sydney Gore

Matt And Kim
Speaking of dance parties, Matt and Kim will be headed to Lollapalooza, and will bring with them their infamous energetic live shows, filled with the duo’s pop-rock feel-good anthems like “Daylight,” “Red Paint,” and “Block After Block.” And if you’re lucky, you might even get a surprise DJ set, where the band mix mainstream pop hits, old school classics, and even some of their own songs and turn any type of setting into a dance floor. Bring your best moves, and drink plenty of water, because once Matt and Kim take the stage, you won’t stop dancing until they stop playing (and even then, you might not stop). - Donald Wagenblast

Local Natives
Harmonies, chanting, clapping, and soul searching will ensue all at once. This Silver Lake indie rock band continues to impress audiences everywhere with material from their praised debut “Gorila Manor” and melodramatic follow-up, “Hummingbird”. I promise, this will be one of the greatest performances you will ever experience in your life. Local Natives will steal your heart. - Sydney Gore

Phoenix
I had the privilege of seeing Phoenix live earlier this year, and I was completely mesmerized by the band’s set. The band have proven time and again how capable they are of writing indie rock gold, but their live show takes each track to another level, as the band give themselves free reign to get creative and expand on songs, while still maintaining a tight, album-quality sound. The band are masters of their craft, and seeing them live must be what it felt like to watch Da Vinci paint: an artist fully immersed in their craft, which they’ve nearly perfected. The band’s can’t-miss set will be peppered with cuts from their new album Bankrupt!, and those who are only there for the obligatory performance of “1901” and/or “Listomania” will be treated with a treasure chest of tracks to check out as soon as they get home. Phoenix are one of the best bands in the world right now, and if you’re not paying attention yet, Lollapalooza will certainly give you the opportunity to see what you’ve been missing. - Donald Wagenblast

Haim
This dynamic sister trio is a sight for sore eyes, and not bad on the ears either. Based in Los Angeles, the multi-instrumentalist Cali girls only have about 6 songs to their name, but they’re the hottest item on every festival lineup this year. Trust me, you do not want to miss their set- it will probably be the highlight of your day. - Sydney Gore

The Killers
The Killers claimed one of Lollapallooza’s headling slots for a reason - their live show is completely and utterly bombastic. Brandon Flowers is simply captivating, and the band sounds spot on as they run through an excellent collection of huge hits and some lesser known but equally as excellent jams. Their arena-anthem type sound captures the festival mood perfectly, making them just the right nightcap for any festival attendee. - Marie Scarsella

Lianne La Havas
New on the scene, English singer-swongwriter Lianne La Havas is a breath of fresh air who has been sweeping hearts across the globe with her romantic folk and soul tunes. Her sensational debut album, “Is Your Love Big Enough?” won the iTunes Best of 2012 Album of the Year. Her music is so soothing to the ears that she’ll effortlessly take you away to a serene place inside your own mind. - Sydney Gore

Disclosure
Another sibling act, Guy and Howard Lawrence are an English electronic duo that have been cultivating all the buzz, and they only recently released their debut album “Settle” in June. If you want to hear something new, definitely stick around for Disclosure’s set- the hype is real. - Sydney Gore
