Bamboozle’s relocation to Asbury Park, NJ for its 2012 festival is one that has excited and confused an equal number of fans. Founder John D has now revealed additional details behind how Bamboozle will be set up in Asbury Park this year, which includes giving fans the option to swim and surf in the ocean during the day, among other things. Bamboozle revealed its 2012 lineup this morning, which features over 60 bands throughout its three-day festival. Boys Like Girls were not included in that initial announcement, but the band has now confirmed that it will be playing on Sunday, May 20th. In their biggest announcement yet, Bamboozle has added 60 new bands to its 2012 lineup, which already featured blink-182, Foo Fighters, and Bon Jovi. The Promise Ring, The Receiving End Of Sirens, The All-American Rejects, The Maine, Hot Water Music, The Wonder Years, and The Story So Far, among many others, have been added. Bamboozle will be kicking of its Midnight Madness extravaganza in just a half hour, but the Festival has now confirmed that they will not be announcing the 60 band lineup-additions in full until 6AM EST.
