There is only one serious question. And that is: Who knows how to make love stay? Answer me that and I will tell you whether or not to kill yourself.” Now, this is what I imagine each band on the wildlife tour will be thinking. How can we make this tour stay?

As we part ways, we will be daydreaming of a Wildlife world tour. It truly was one of those special tours where literally everyone became the closest of friends. Thank you to La Dispute for taking all of us out on tour together.

The wildlife tour has officially passed through the south. The best BBQ award on this tour goes to “BBQ” in Norman,OK. The worst goes to Iron Works in Austin,TX. The “best meal of tour” award goes to Arnold’s in Nashville,TN. I know the tour has 2 weeks left, but this might be the best meal money can buy for $10 anywhere in the country. 

All Get Out fans started showing up in major numbers once we hit Texas. It elevated their live show, and made them extra fun to watch in the south. 

Atlanta seemed to be their biggest crowd,and easily one of the best audiences over all for the tour. 

Nashville,TN and Denton,TX were excellent shows as well. The audience were super rowdy and respectful at the same time. 

No one expected such a big turn out at the Tampa show. This could have been one of the best shows of tour, but it became one of the most odd shows of tour due to the massive amounts of super awkward stage dives we have ever seen.

The Wildlife tour is now about 16 shows in..This has been an amazing tour to say the least. Every band brings their own unique personality and brand of playing to the tour. We feel so lucky to be apart of it. It’s one of those tours where even as a spectator, it is obvious that the package is having a blast. We prefer to do most things together as one group, instead of four individual bands.( Wether it be cooking,sleeping, or spending a day off in the same city) La Dispute are very generous and share every bit of what they are given to all the bands.

The people at the shows have just been fantastic. They are showing up early to check out every band and are giving off lots of positive energy too. Some of the best crowds of the tour have been  Denver, Boise, Seattle, San Fran, and Anaheim/LA..  The vibe from those shows are the ones that get you excited to get to the next city. It’s what makes playing music fun.
