So Friday night we played the King Kat Lounge in Seattle. It was nothing less than cold as fuck with a little bit of rain. Still didn’t stop us from walking the city before the show. This was a 21+ show which we were a little bummed out about because last time we came through Seattle we played another 21+ show. Next time I’ll make sure that is taken care of before hand. Awesome venue. Had a great time that night. After the show we headed to a friends house in Tacoma where we shared many jokes and shit talking to each other. Woke up the next morning to start our drive to Portland. We we’re set to set destination to The Acropolis. This time we brought our brothers in Currents for a nice lunch. We had an amazing time. We weren’t sure what to expect for the show. We have never played Portland before. Only surrounding areas. We got to The Backspace and it’s was love at first sight. Awesome venue right in downtown Portland. We closed the show that might and there was a 184 paid. It was our best show of tour yet. Made a lot of new friends and got nothing but respect. Highlight was watching The Sheds play in Ski Masks because they lost a bet with Currents over bowling I believe. They looked like idiots. It was great. That was a Saturday night. That’s how they should be. Sadly, we didn’t have much time to hang out after as we were forced to start a 15 hour drive to Idaho. With that said we took the seats out of our van and it was time to catch some z’s. We woke up somewhere in Idaho to stop for gas and have lunch. As soon as I had opened the door I had noticed there was snow on the ground. Where we live we never get to see snow so we were really pumped to be around it. Our TM Seth decided he had to take a shit, so in the mean time we made a few snowballs to hit him with. After a long wait we decided to head inside and get him on the shitter. He wasn’t too pumped on the idea. We sure got a good laugh out of it.
